Due to the international nature of catfaceandpancakes I am currently a PayPal only shop.

Shipping

I keep my shipping as low as possible, and alway use sustainable recycled packaging. I love trees!

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. I gather proof of postage to protect against losses. As my items are hand knitted individually there will occasionally be colour differences or slight fabric wiggles, Love the flaws - they're unique and perfection is boring.

Custom Orders

I require a 10% deposit for all custom orders prior to creation, then when the product is finished the rest of the balance will be payable - simples!
